Assistant Manager – Marketing (Website & Product)

About the role

Medanta is seeking a dynamic professional to lead and scale its website ecosystem. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of website management, content strategy, user experience, and conversion optimisation to drive patient acquisition and brand leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the website roadmap, day‑to‑day management and continuous improvement of patient journeys and conversion funnels.
• Manage CMS‑driven operations, including updates, landing pages and new sections, while working with tech teams to enhance performance and scalability.
• Drive an SEO‑led content strategy across specialties, treatments and doctor profiles, ensuring medical compliance and quality.
• Partner with design teams to improve UI/UX, optimise key journeys such as doctor discovery and appointment booking, and run A/B tests.
• Define standards for images and media, optimise performance through compression, lazy loading and CDN usage, and maintain SEO best practices for all assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in website management, content strategy and conversion optimisation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, CMS platforms and digital asset management.
• Ability to collaborate with performance marketing, SEO, brand and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clinicians and create patient‑friendly content.
