Assistant Manager - Logistics

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Logistics will support the execution and monitoring of logistics operations for Adani Total Gas Limited. The role focuses on implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), coordinating logistics activities, and providing data‑driven decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in deploying logistics SOPs and new initiatives to improve service delivery standards.
• Monitor adherence to logistics policies and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Track and report progress of logistics operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and initiative timelines.
• Manage purchase orders (PO) and purchase requisitions (PR) for customer vehicles, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on vehicle utilization, routes, and gas quantities as required by management.
• Analyze trends using location data, vehicle numbers, routes, and quantities to support operational decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to implement and monitor SOPs and process improvements.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting.
