Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Learning (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the HR Operations and Learning function for the CBS‑TAL team at EY in Gurgaon. The role will help design, plan and deliver learning initiatives that align with business priorities and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and create yearly/quarterly learning calendars.
• Interact with learning SPOCs and stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities.
• Assist in developing solutions for new learning requirements and budgeting.
• Project‑manage learning initiatives and programs from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with L&D associates to ensure smooth deployment and timely escalation of issues.
• Create and publish new courses on SuccessFactors (LMS).
• Liaise with business units to build business cases for external trainings.
• Monitor external training delivery, resolve delays, and ensure compliance.
• Review learning MIS for accuracy, analyse trends and produce dashboards.
• Propose innovative ideas to support the learning strategy and implement them.
• Develop collaterals, manage branding for marquee programs, and contribute to newsletters and internal reviews.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across SSL, Cross‑SL and FWL learning teams.
• Stay updated on business changes to proactively provide relevant learning solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in learning needs assessment, budgeting and program delivery.
• Ability to manage learning projects end‑to‑end and handle escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good business awareness to understand and anticipate learning requirements.
