Assistant Manager - HR IT

About the role

Unilever is looking for an Assistant Manager – HR IT to help transform HR processes into digital solutions. You will work closely with global HR and People Experience teams to understand their needs and partner with technology groups to design and implement efficient, employee‑centric systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for global and regional HR teams and Unilever vendors for new demands, change requests, and support in Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance domains.
• Liaise with appropriate IT and HR teams to address issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Plan and drive projects that meet business needs, evaluating new applications and vendors.
• Implement and support integrations for Payroll, Benefits, and Mobility platforms, handling upgrades, change requests, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct impact assessments, maintain Unilever standards, and recommend solutions.
• Act as the business point of contact to ensure requirements are delivered with cross‑functional support.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and results‑oriented professional with a strong interest in HR technology.
• Experience collaborating with HR, People Experience, and IT teams across global locations.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
