Assistant Manager Hospitality Operations

About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in North Goa and focuses on managing day‑to‑day lodging operations. The Assistant Manager will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold cleanliness standards, and support event planning.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospitality operations and guest service delivery.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front‑line staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and property upkeep.
- Assist with planning and coordination of events hosted on the premises.
- Monitor operational metrics and address issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hospitality operations, guest services, and staff management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems analytically.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Multilingual capability is a plus.
- Must be based in Goa.
