Assistant Manager – Holiday Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Holiday Sales will lead go‑to‑market initiatives, business analytics and sales excellence for the Holiday Experts network of MakeMyTrip. Based in Gurgaon, the role collaborates closely with Cluster Leads and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve key performance indicators, enhance the customer experience and drive sustainable growth of holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for CRM integration and adoption across the Holiday Experts network, defining use cases and tracking effectiveness.
• Drive sales performance across clusters by monitoring targets, conversion metrics and productivity, and recommending data‑driven interventions.
• Lead the implementation of new business initiatives such as flight‑booking sales for land‑only holiday packages, defining operating models and coordinating execution.
• Collaborate with partnership teams to manage relationships and ensure seamless delivery of holiday solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales performance management and analytics.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in leading CRM implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
