About the role
The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will support the overall operation of food and beverage services at The St. Regis New Delhi. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Create a motivating environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for service.
- Provide excellent internal customer service to employees, promptly addressing their concerns and coaching staff.
- Deliver outstanding guest service, respond quickly to guest issues, and follow up until resolution.
- Uphold the brand’s service culture, set clear service expectations, and build lasting guest relationships.
- Take ownership of complaints, ensure they are resolved to guest satisfaction, and document outcomes.
- Comply with corporate accounting procedures and assist the General Manager with the annual quality audit.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary or related fields, OR
- Associate degree (or higher) in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
