Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

bioMérieux India is seeking an Assistant Manager to strengthen its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. The role will support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives for a leading diagnostics company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project business performance.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends to identify key performance drivers.
• Support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and ad‑hoc financial analysis requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR) to gather insights and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Enhance FP&A tools, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Automate and streamline financial reporting where possible.
• Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for management review.
