Assistant Manager – Finance

About the role

Air India SATS Airport Services is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance to support treasury, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. The role involves close interaction with banks, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for term loans and working‑capital facilities.
• Liaise with banks on covenants, credit ratings and facility agreements.
• Prepare CMA data, FFR/QIS, stock and receivable statements.
• Invest surplus funds in line with company policy.
• Review and verify debtor ageing reports; perform monthly customer balance confirmations and reconciliations.
• Submit daily cash‑flow reports and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Obtain periodic vendor balance confirmations and verify creditor ageing reports.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working in multi‑location, multi‑divisional environments with tight schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle commercial law aspects, especially in the aviation sector.
• High commitment, integrity and demonstrable leadership potential.
