Assistant Manager – Facilities

About the role

Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager – Facilities to oversee daily operations across all Cult, FF and related formats. The role is responsible for maintaining a 99.9% uptime of facilities, ensuring timely ticket resolution, and driving cost‑efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Facilities function across all locations, targeting 99.9% uptime.
• Ensure timely closure of facility tickets raised by operations, audits, and quality teams using various ticketing tools.
• Implement systems and procedures on the ground to meet uptime targets within pre‑determined budgets.
• Execute support services within budget and introduce cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships, maintain backup vendors for emergencies, and ensure 100% service uptime.
• Conduct asset protection testing, preventive maintenance, and supervise refresh/facelift projects.
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials used by vendors.
• Maintain and share MIS data, cost trackers, and budget vs. actual sheets for facilities across regions.

Required profile

• Experience in managing facilities operations and vendor relationships.
• Strong focus on cost efficiency and budget adherence.
• Ability to implement processes that ensure high uptime and quality standards.
