Assistant Manager – Electrical & Electronics Maintenance

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager will lead daily maintenance operations for electrical and electronic equipment at Bosch's Nashik facility. You will ensure machine availability, reliability, efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting long‑term, rewarding career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of maintenance personnel to execute repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion and budget adherence.
• Plan and monitor spare‑parts inventory, initiating procurement as required.
• Allocate tasks based on skill levels, workload and equipment criticality.
• Provide rapid troubleshooting support and participate in TPM activities.
• Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and drive optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Dynamic professional with a strong interest in industrial maintenance.
• Experience in leading maintenance teams and managing equipment reliability.
• Ability to work under production schedules while maintaining safety standards.
