Assistant Manager, Content and Brand

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Content and Brand will lead the creation and distribution of brand‑centric content across digital and offline channels. Working closely with designers, videographers, and the Community Lead, you will ensure a consistent brand voice while driving community growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and email newsletters.
• Produce and oversee content creation using AI tools, Canva templates, and collaborate with design and video teams.
• Manage online community interactions, respond to inbound messages, and coordinate outreach to creators and collaborators.
• Plan and support offline community initiatives such as workshops, events, and merchandise launches.
• Maintain a content library of recipes, case studies, and brand assets for multi‑channel reuse.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and conduct quality checks on design outputs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for video production and merchandise procurement.

• Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh campaign ideas.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, deadline‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
