Assistant Manager – Client Reporting

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the delivery of client reporting across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles. You will work closely with Distribution, Investment, Technology, Compliance and Investment Services teams to ensure high‑quality, timely reports for global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a reporting team: allocate tasks, monitor workload, coach junior staff and enforce reporting standards.
• Track performance metrics such as report accuracy, timeliness and client satisfaction; conduct regular reviews.
• Oversee preparation and distribution of client reports (portfolio performance, holdings, transactions, valuations) ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Validate data inputs from accounting, trading and risk systems; implement quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as escalation point for client issues, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Liaise with internal functions (IT, Compliance, Risk) and participate in governance meetings and audits.
• Prepare operational metrics, report on volumes, errors and productivity, and maintain up‑to‑date SOPs.
