Assistant Manager - City Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Hyderabad City Head in running and growing Allo Health’s network of specialty clinics. The role combines day‑to‑day clinic operations with secondary business‑development responsibilities, working across multiple locations in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics, including staffing of Patient Care Coordinators, audits, conversions, and quality of patient experience.
• Track clinic performance metrics, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor and coach Patient Care Coordinators to build a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance, hygiene, SOP adherence and high standards of patient experience across clinics.
• Support expansion projects, new clinic launches and strategic city initiatives.
• Assist the City Head in achieving monthly business targets and operational goals.
• Coordinate with Central Operations, Marketing and other internal teams for smooth execution.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance and maintain compliance standards.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor metrics and address operational gaps.
• Willingness to travel across the clinic network in Hyderabad.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
