About the role

The Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable will lead the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of payments and managing credit risk for the organisation. This role works closely with internal and external customers and supports the finance team in maintaining healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce overdue balances.
Oversee the recovery of overdue payments and manage collection activities.
Conduct credit checks and risk assessments for new and existing customers.
Prepare regular reports on aged debt and credit risks for senior management.
Address customer queries and disputes efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and the overseas collection team.
Work according to Middle East timing requirements.

Required profile

Graduate or MBA degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Knowledge of SAP.
Willingness to work with Middle East timing.
