Assistant Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to support the growth of our online business across major e‑commerce and quick‑commerce platforms. The role will involve managing product listings, promotions, and performance analytics to drive sales and improve marketplace presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy, including product listings, deals, discounts and issue resolution.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene by updating product information, pricing, images and inventory across all channels.
• Coordinate return handling processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise fulfilment operations and overall marketplace performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advertising tools and growth strategies specific to each platform.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and implement action plans to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace account managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and account health.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing Flipkart and quick‑commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management and online sales processes.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
