Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce to support the growth of our online business across major e‑commerce marketplaces and quick‑commerce platforms. The role will involve managing product listings, promotions, and performance analytics to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy, including product listings, promotions, deals and issue resolution.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene by updating product information, pricing, images and inventory across all channels.
• Coordinate return handling processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise fulfilment operations and overall marketplace performance.
• Stay current with advertising tools and growth strategies for each platform.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and implement action plans to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace account managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and account health.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce and quick‑commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management and online sales processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience directly with Flipkart or quick‑commerce businesses is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
