Assistant Internal Auditor

About the role

The Assistant Internal Auditor will support the internal audit team in Ahmedabad, helping to execute audit plans, review internal controls and assess compliance with policies and regulations. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform walkthroughs of business processes and test transactions to evaluate internal controls.
• Document audit findings, prepare working papers and draft audit reports.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and business stakeholders to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate with MBA, CA Inter, ICMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit or internal audit functions.
• Immediate joining availability.
• Preference for candidates residing in Ahmedabad or surrounding areas.
