Assistant I – People Experience (HR) Shared Services

About the role

Electronic Arts is seeking a motivated Assistant I for People Experience (HR) Shared Services in Hyderabad. You will support global total rewards invoicing and benefits administration while gaining exposure to a multinational environment. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy helping employees and learning new HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries via ServiceNow and other channels.
• Support benefits‑related activities and help employees understand their programs.
• Assist with invoice processing and procurement‑to‑pay (P2P) tasks.
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing processes.
• Handle employee data accurately and confidentially.
• Support global HR operations and projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Services, or Benefits Administration.
• Experience in a global or multinational organization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude with curiosity to learn new tools and processes.
