About the role

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager – Public Areas supports the Housekeeping Department in delivering immaculate guest rooms and public spaces at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. You will lead a shift team, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and uphold the brand’s luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations for housekeeping staff, assigning work and monitoring productivity.
• Interview, train, evaluate performance, and discipline staff as needed.
• Prepare accurate daily labor reports and bi‑weekly payroll submissions.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify quality standards.
• Address guest complaints and special requests with professionalism.
• Coordinate housekeeping services for condominium or co‑op owners.
• Control departmental expenses, including labor, guest supplies, and cleaning supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising housekeeping teams in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, labor reporting, and payroll processes.
