About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to support the daily cleaning operations of our hotel. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness and quality standards.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating housekeeping team members.
- Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department for repairs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel or large‑scale housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
