Assistant Front Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the Front Office Manager in delivering seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations across the bell desk, switchboard and front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising front‑office staff, including bell/door personnel, switchboard operators and front‑desk agents.
• Oversee day‑to‑day check‑in and check‑out processes to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests, striving for immediate resolution and high satisfaction.
• Monitor service standards, review guest feedback and contribute to corrective‑action plans.
• Recognize and reward employee performance, provide coaching and step in to perform duties when needed.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager on goal setting, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of guest‑service or front‑desk experience, **or** an associate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to lead, motivate and build trust among team members.
