Assistant Finance Manager

About the role

The Assistant Finance Manager supports daily ledger processes, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and discrepancy resolution for the property. This full‑time position works on‑site in Vagator Beach, Goa, and collaborates with internal teams and external clients to maintain financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits across all property areas.
• Perform ledger balancing, credit‑card ledger reconciliation, and contract verification.
• Generate timely financial reports, presentations, and period‑end statements.
• Monitor taxes, document profit and loss accurately, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide guidance on accounting and budgeting policies to other units.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (no experience required) OR a 2‑year degree with at least 1 year of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate data, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail for audit compliance and financial control.
