Assistant Executive Housekeeper

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Fairmont Udaipur Palace as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. You will help uphold the brand’s luxury standards by leading the housekeeping department and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the housekeeping team across guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house and laundry.
• Develop and implement SOPs that align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality, safety and consistency.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Oversee inventory control, linen management, amenities and housekeeping equipment.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Administer departmental budgets, cost controls and productivity targets.
• Train and engage team members on sustainable practices and environmental awareness.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Operations.
• Proven experience implementing sustainability or environmental initiatives in hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at a comparable level.
