About the role
The Examinations Assistant will provide essential academic and administrative support to ensure smooth examination processes, accurate record‑keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory standards. This role works closely with faculty, staff, and students to facilitate efficient exam operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day examination operations and coordination activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyse reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Support internal departments through effective coordination, follow‑ups, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data related to examinations.
- Assist with general office administration and operational tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in academic or administrative support.
- MS Office certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
