About the role
Are you skilled in technical drawing and design? Join our team as an Assistant Draughtsman and contribute to innovative engineering projects. You will support design and engineering teams by preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts for manufacturing. The position is located at our Vapi facility, allowing you to work on real‑world design and manufacturing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Assist in creating fabrication drawings and layouts.
- Modify drawings according to engineering changes.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) based on drawings.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and design teams.
- Ensure accuracy and standardisation in all drawings.
Required profile
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Drafting or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks knowledge preferred).
- 0–2 years of relevant drafting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and technical understanding.
