Assistant Clinical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse to join our team at a leading Indian healthcare provider. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the nursing team in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patient medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes promptly.
• Provide bedside care, support, and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Operate and care for medical equipment according to protocols.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a qualification in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and moral support for patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
