Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Assistant Brand Manager to accelerate the growth of HK Vitals, a leading Indian brand in ingestible skincare, haircare nutrition, and general nutrition. The role will work across revenue management, influencer marketing, product marketing, digital PR, SEO, and other growth initiatives, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business KPIs, including sales performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Scale the influencer marketing channel by analysing spend‑return performance.
• Own website funnel conversion and lead optimisation projects with the Tech team.
• Identify and drive high‑impact growth projects across brand functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage pricing strategy to improve profitability and market competitiveness.
• Enhance brand visibility through website optimisation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Optimise product visibility, promotions, and channel performance across D2C, e‑commerce, Q‑Commerce, and offline channels.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Growth Marketing (FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or D2C preferred).
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proven experience in brand growth initiatives.
• Effective project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
