Assistant Brand Manager – Beauty (India)

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Beauty category on its Indian marketplace. The role will help shape the customer experience from discovery to purchase, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and simplify the buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance of the Beauty category, monitoring sales, selection and customer satisfaction.
• Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into roadmap initiatives that improve pre‑ and post‑purchase experiences.
• Lead specific projects (charters) in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Collaborate with analytics, merchandising, marketing and supply‑chain teams to implement enhancements.
• Maintain strong ownership and relationship‑management standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in account, project or program management, or buying.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work with data‑driven tools and make business‑focused decisions.
