Assistant Associate - Warehouse

About the role

Join our manufacturing logistics team as an Assistant Associate in the warehouse. You will help ensure that medicines and other critical products move efficiently through the facility, supporting the delivery of life‑saving treatments to patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to team deliverables, coordinating with colleagues and managing personal workflow.
• Follow standard operating procedures to complete tasks of varying scope and troubleshoot process issues.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as motorized forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts and power trucks.
• Identify and suggest delivery and process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput and quality.
• Adhere to SOPs, cGMP, safety, quality and documentation requirements; participate in audits.
• Provide technical support to high‑rise operations and maintain accurate records in a computerized inventory system.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to complete documentation related to inventory movement.
• Strong comprehension of written and verbal instructions and facility documents.
• Proactive communication across shifts and a commitment to personal development.

Required skills

• Operation of motorized forklifts.
• Advanced electronic and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio and SharePoint.
• Experience with computerized inventory management systems.
