Assembly Operator – Tractor Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an Assembly Operator to join our tractor manufacturing team in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This full‑time, on‑site position involves assembling tractor components and sub‑assemblies according to standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble tractor components and sub‑assemblies using basic machinery and hand tools.
• Monitor production lines, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment or process issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce downtime.

Required profile

• Experience with machine operation and production line work.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with supervisors and peers.
• Willingness to learn and attend safety and equipment training.
• Technical or vocational education in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing fields (beneficial).
• Prior experience in assembly, automotive, tractor, or industrial manufacturing (advantageous).
• Ability to follow instructions, stand for extended periods, and handle tools safely.
• Commitment to workplace safety, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
