Assembly Operator – Manufacturing (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team in Hyderabad. The role involves assembling mechanical, electrical and electronic components while adhering to engineering specifications, safety standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to standard operating procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions and technical specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform functional testing, identify defects and report issues.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns and production delays to the supervisor.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety policies, 5S practices and company procedures.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance and production teams to resolve assembly‑related issues.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proactive attitude toward meeting production targets.
