Art Director – Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the graphic design team within MACS India, the shared‑services marketing and creative hub of the Capgemini Group. You will create high‑quality visual designs for digital and print, ensuring they support business objectives across marketing, product development and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and produce visual designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, infographics and interactive PDFs.
• Lead briefing and debriefing sessions with stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable design tasks.
• Manage a design team of 4‑6 members, overseeing workload, utilization reporting and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketers and communication specialists to plan timelines and allocate resources.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates and emerging design formats.
• Maintain design standards, quality and speed of delivery while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in design, branding or advertising agencies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Degree or diploma from a recognized art or design institute.
• Cross‑cultural awareness and ability to work in a global environment.
