Armed Security Guard

About the role

G4S is seeking a professionally trained Armed Guard to join its security team. You will be responsible for protecting a variety of premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols and monitor parking areas.
• Control entry and exit of individuals, materials and vehicles.
• Secure equipment, people and information, and respond to emergency situations.
• Monitor CCTV and operate security systems to detect and prevent criminal activity.
• Write and submit daily reports to the supervisor in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, health, safety and environmental instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Height at least 5 ft 7 in (170 cm) and possession of a valid armed license.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Physically and medically fit with a mature appearance.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring.
• Security systems operation.
