Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Area Sales Manager to lead field sales activities across the Anantapur district. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with farmers and channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire customers in the assigned territory.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Manage customer follow‑ups and payment collections.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in agritech, irrigation, pumps, electrical or related sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Target‑oriented and self‑driven.

What we offer

• CTC: ₹4.2 – ₹6.5 LPA.
• Fixed salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
• Fuel & travel allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month.
