Area Sales Manager – Business Loans (Retail Unsecured)

About the role
The Area Sales Manager will lead the growth of unsecured business loan portfolios in the Indore region. You will be responsible for building a balanced book, expanding market share, and ensuring high‑quality credit acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and achieve assigned targets for unsecured business loan disbursements.
- Design and execute operational tactics to engage Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Zonal Head to operationalise end‑to‑end unsecured lending transactions.
- Maintain a robust, balanced portfolio while ensuring credit quality of new acquisitions.
- Monitor performance metrics such as ROI, fee income, and cross‑sell ratios.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales of business or retail unsecured loan products.
- Ability to manage a network of DSAs and drive market‑share growth.
- Strong analytical mindset to track and meet financial performance targets.
- Excellent coordination skills to work with regional leadership and operational teams.
