Area Finance Controller

About the role

The Area Finance Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the assigned region. This role consolidates data, prepares timely financial reports, and supports financial modelling to aid strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate financial information and produce accurate, timely reporting for the area.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and support business cases.
• Analyse internal financial data such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, working capital, costs, revenues and rates of return.
• Monitor external economic conditions and assess their impact on business operations.
• Coach and mentor less experienced staff and provide informal supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure alignment of financial objectives with overall business strategy.
