Area Business Manager – Permanent contract

About the role

The Area Business Manager will be responsible for expanding IBC's presence across North Africa, the Middle East and Europe. This permanent position focuses on driving new business opportunities, nurturing agent relationships and delivering innovative service packages to customers in the pulp and paper sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for the assigned geographic regions.
• Identify, engage and manage relationships with local agents to source new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
• Contribute to the design of innovative business packages and service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the pulp and paper industry.
• Native French speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, innovative environment.
