Architectural Design Manager – Luxury Villas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Architect to lead the architectural design of luxury residential villas for Isprava, a premier developer of high‑end homes in non‑urban locations. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality architectural solutions from concept through execution, ensuring projects meet Isprava’s standards of exclusivity, comfort and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, plotting and master‑planning for luxury villa projects.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare test‑fits in collaboration with the land acquisition team.
• Coordinate with sales, project managers and consultants to align timelines and space programmes.
• Organise and chair project kick‑off and weekly review meetings, addressing progress and challenges.
• Review consultant deliverables and provide constructive feedback at each project stage.
• Ensure compliance with Isprava’s design standards, Indian building codes and relevant regulations.
• Prepare feasibility reports, design proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers, interior designers and landscape architects to finalise design concepts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of architectural experience, primarily in residential luxury villa projects.
• Strong background in architectural design and master‑planning, with a focus on high‑end homes.
• Ability to work independently on architectural matters without handling interior design.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
