Architect – Urban Renewal Projects (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Architect to join our fast‑growing consultancy focused on urban renewal projects in Mumbai. You will lead the design and coordination of large‑scale residential, commercial and community‑amenity buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic and detailed designs for high‑rise residential towers, commercial blocks and public amenities such as schools, hospitals and cultural centres.
• Prepare working drawings, specifications and coordination documents.
• Manage statutory approval processes, including DCPR (Mumbai) and UDCPR (Maharashtra) and obtain required NOCs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and project timelines.

Required profile

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree.
• 7–10 years of experience in planning, designing and coordinating large‑scale projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer‑aided design tools.
