Architect – Sustainable Natural Building Design

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Architect to join our Alwar studio and help shape sustainable, natural‑building projects. You will work closely with clients, designers and contractors to translate minimalist, eco‑friendly concepts into built reality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings for residential and commercial projects using mud, lime, stone and other natural materials.
• Prepare specifications, 3D models and documentation that align with our sustainable design philosophy.
• Coordinate with clients to capture requirements and provide design guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, oversee design implementation, and resolve construction issues to ensure quality, safety and code compliance.
• Contribute to project planning, schedule monitoring and continuous improvement of design processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for professional registration under local regulations.
• Strong foundation in architectural design for both residential and commercial spaces.
• Experience with sustainable and natural‑building techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Ability to create 3D models using SketchUp.
