Architect – Sustainable Design (Udupi)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Architect to join our Udupi office. The role focuses on creating concept designs, detailed drawings and 3D visualisations for residential, commercial and institutional projects while embedding sustainability principles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept proposals, space‑planning layouts and detailed architectural documentation.
• Produce 3D visualisations and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with clients, internal design teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and sustainable design guidelines.
• Support site supervision and construction phases to verify that the built environment reflects the approved design.
• Participate in design presentations, project reviews and continuous improvement of workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for professional registration according to local regulations.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, building codes and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
