Architect (Senior) – Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Architect (or Senior Architect) to join our growing real‑estate and infrastructure development company in Jaipur. The role involves taking projects from concept through to execution across residential, hospitality and infrastructure segments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts and construction documentation.
• Develop project concepts, planning layouts and design presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during execution.
• Create detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist in project planning, estimation and coordination activities.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• B.Arch degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, hospitality, villas, farmhouses or luxury housing projects.
• Currently based in Jaipur (preferred).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory).
• SketchUp (mandatory).
• MS Office (mandatory).
• 3DS Max (preferred).
• Revit (preferred).
• Architectural visualization tools (preferred).
