Architect – Senior & Junior Positions

About the role

ADCO Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated architects to join its Bhubaneswar office. The role offers exposure to a variety of residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects, allowing candidates to develop design and coordination skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, working drawings and detailed documentation.
• Create 2D drawings, presentation boards and 3D visualisations.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and on‑site teams throughout project phases.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material selections and client presentations.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Fresh graduates, interns or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction basics.
• Effective communication, teamwork and presentation abilities.
