Architect / Senior Architect – Jaipur

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architect or Senior Architect to join our fast‑growing real‑estate team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for turning project concepts into detailed construction documents while collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts and full construction documentation.
• Develop project concepts, planning layouts and design presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
• Conduct site visits to support execution and ensure design intent.
• Create detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, maintaining quality and timelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• B.Arch degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, villa, farmhouse, hospitality or luxury housing projects.
• Based in Jaipur (preferred).
