Architect (Residential Projects)

About the role

We are a residential design‑build and turnkey construction firm based in Adambakkam, Chennai, seeking an Architect with 2‑5 years of experience to lead residential design, documentation and project execution. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction coordination and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layout plans and design proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare design development drawings, working drawings and complete construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants throughout project development.
• Support preparation of BOQs, technical documentation and drawing revisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors and site teams during execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues and ensure design intent.
• Assist in design presentations, material selection and overall project coordination.
• Review drawings for accuracy, coordination and compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in residential architecture, design‑build or turnkey projects.
• Strong understanding of residential planning, construction methods, building materials and execution practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers and site teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with architectural design and visualization software.
