Architect – Residential Design

About the role

Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Architect to join its design team in Kochi. The role focuses on creating premium residential projects, translating client needs into innovative and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential projects.
• Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior, and project execution teams.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Meet project timelines while maintaining high design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architectural design.
• Strong design, visualization, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of Kerala building rules and construction practices (preferred).
• COA registration preferred.
