Architect

About the role

Levenus Promaxx Ventures is seeking a motivated Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and coordination from concept through execution. You will work on a variety of civil construction projects, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and layout designs.
• Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction documents.
• Create 3D models and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with specifications.
• Produce design revisions, material specifications, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Integrate architectural requirements with structural and MEP disciplines.

Required profile

• B.Arch degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Proficiency in architectural planning, construction detailing, and site execution.
• Strong communication, design, and coordination abilities.
• Capability to manage projects independently from design through completion.
