About the role

Jami Jambusarwala & Associates (JJ&A) is seeking a motivated architect to join its Mumbai office. The role involves designing both architectural and interior projects for high‑end residential villas, commercial showrooms and other upscale developments.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop architectural and interior design solutions for luxury projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee architectural integrations and ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Conduct site visits, liaise with contractors and vendors, and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and spatial planning.
• Project‑management capability to handle schedules, budgets and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with software development and integration related to architectural design tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Mumbai building codes is a plus.
• Prior work on high‑end residential or commercial projects, especially villas and standalone buildings, is preferred.
