About the role

Curo India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design and execution for residential and luxury real‑estate projects. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, error‑free construction documentation and on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Vet and coordinate architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy before site implementation.
• Collaborate with structural and MEP consultants to integrate designs and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare and review GFC (Good For Construction) and working drawings, construction details, and design coordination documents.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify that construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and rectify drawing discrepancies early to avoid on‑site issues.

Required profile

• B.Arch. degree from a recognized institution.
• 8–12 years of experience in real‑estate development or architectural consultancy.
• Proven track record on residential or luxury projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple consultant teams.
